History

TFE Resources was established in 1996 out of the home office of Gail Cohen. Under its former name of Customized Solutions, the company looked to employ working parents into jobs that offered flexibility in their work schedule. One of its clients was a company which looked for people to perform flow metering data collection and analysis from their home office during evening hours. As the business with the client company grew, so did the interest of the owner who realized the industry, which was male dominated, offered flexibility for working parents. In July, 2007 the company direction was changed to provide services in pipeline inspection and the name was changed to TFE Resources.

Over several years, the company expanded its services to meet the emerging needs of the industry, particularly for minority and women owned businesses. Since that time, TFE Resources’ work has been focused on CCTV and cleaning, manhole inspections, flow metering services, data analysis, data processing, and report generation in the environmental field.
